A Christmas Tree Capybara Plush In A Green Tree Hood With A Star

This Christmas tree capybara plush wears the tree instead of sitting under it. A green hood cut in the shape of a fir, with tiered branches on each side, frames its face and spreads over its shoulders. A cream star sits at the top, small red dots stand in for ornaments, and the words Merry Christmas are embroidered in gold thread along the lower edge. Below the hood sits a long furred capybara in golden brown, with closed eyes and small dark paws.

Curly Green Pile, Red Dots And Gold Embroidery

The hood is made from a curly, looped pile that looks like fir needles from a distance, in contrast with the long, smooth fur of the body. The red ornament dots are spaced across the front of the hood. The greeting is written in a flowing script, stitched in yellow gold. As the callout photo shows, the tree hood can be removed, which uncovers the round ears. Two short lines of embroidery above the brown muzzle form the closed eyes.

An 8 in Tree For Desks And Small Spaces

Its listed height is 8 in (21 cm). That makes it a tabletop decoration for places where a full size tree will not fit: a work desk, a studio windowsill, a narrow hallway console. It also travels in a backpack, or under wrapping paper as a small present for someone with a growing capybara collection, and the green hood stands out against white or wooden furniture. There is no second size to choose from. Heights are the published figures for this model and are given as a guide.
