A Duck-Topped Capybara Plush Sized for the Crook of Your Arm

The duckling rides right on the crown of the head, and everything below it is built round: a wide caramel brown body, short front paws lifted, and back feet stretched forward so the whole thing balances upright on its own. At nine to thirteen inches it belongs to the hand and lap end of the range. There is no swim ring and no second duckling here; the 16 to 24 in beach version with the removable buoy is a separate page.

The Lemon Yellow Duckling on the Crown

The duckling is a bright lemon yellow, saturated enough to jump off the brown head in every frame, with a small orange bill and two brown embroidered eyes. It keeps its place on the crown in every studio and room photo, whether the body is upright on a bed or leaned back into a sofa. Below it the head fur is short and close, mid brown across the skull and dropping to chocolate on the muzzle patch, which carries a stitched nose and mouth.

Nine Inches for a Desk, Thirteen for an Armful

The Height menu on this page carries 9 in (23 cm) and 13 in (33 cm). Nine inches is the hand and shelf end of the menu; thirteen inches adds four inches of body and becomes something you carry with a whole arm. None of the photographs states which of the two was in front of the camera, so go by the figures rather than by the frames. If the plush is going on a desk corner, take the smaller one. If it has to register from across a room, take the taller. Heights are the published figures for this model and are given as a guide.
